MMCL Finance Limited (MMCL-FL), A Housing Microfinance Company, established and registered on July 24 2018, operates as a non-deposit taking microfinance service provider. MMCL-FL specializes in offering housing and business loan products to low- and middle-income households across urban and rural areas. Additionally, it provides Agency services in areas of insurance agency, banking, and mobile money.
MMCL-FL also handles projects which were previously performed by WAT-Human Settlements Trust (WAT-HST). The projects are centered on providing access to affordable decent housing products to low- and middle-income individuals especially women. In these projects more than 500 house units and 2,000 surveyed plots were availed to clients.
