Her success comes from catering for the need for clean water to the larger community. She started her business due to the scarcity of water and her love to help the community. The loans from Makazi Bora have enabled her to build rentals, and she has been able to pay loans back through her business. She got her customer base due to providing clean water and has been able to maintain them by being respectful, listening to them and having a proper recording system.

Vision: Expand her business to other areas. Start a centre for orphans.

Challenge: Late credit payment. Pipe breakage.

Opinion: Hamisa did not let her unfavourable circumstance define her life and used the resources she had to start and run her own business.
